RIPENING TOMATOES

I have about 2 weeks to get the tomatoes red. I am working with the 2 best chefs in the region – really, according to their awards-.

I’m so lucky to have all that knowledge and their helping hands and the use of their restaurant for transforming tomatoes into tomato coulis.

I have toooooo many tomatoes to do the apple banana thing.  The number of apples and bananas I’d need to hurry the ripening of the tomatoes would mean I’d have to do apple pies and banana bread!

Knowledge is knowing Tomato is a fruit.

Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.

 Philosophy is wondering if that means ketchup is a smoothie.

I am leaving the vines up so we can film the frost and degradation. Even wondering about spraying the vines with water? Maybe for the October 1st shooting? …then on Monday we are filming the degrowth video in the forest. So that should be all for The Philosopher. Also the trees are turning nicely with this frost so Monday drone shooting should be good!

I haven’t even had time to look at last week’s shooting. Every part of my body hurts. Michel’s too. My computer is kinda f-ed and seeing the computer Doctor this morning… Tommy’s car is broken. Don’t know the last word on how it is. He is real nervous… bummed about that!
